A systemic leadership accelerator for professionals working at the edge of sustainability, climate, and transformation - who need the inner capacity to keep going.
Through a carefully curated sequence of immersive experiences, this programme helps participants recover from burnout, reconnect with energy and purpose, and develop the emotional scaffolding needed to lead systemic change in complex environments.
Over the course of the programme, you will develop personalised, embodied leadership practices that honour your unique cognitive style, capacity for ‘aliveness’, and professional context — while translating insight into practical, real-world action across sustainability, innovation, and ecological entrepreneurship.
